WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
